Our approach to reviews
Reviews will focus on specific experience and the evidence supporting it. Relevant practitioners will assess what that evidence supports, with relationships and conflicts declared.
Confirmation from someone involved in the work will be distinguished from independent review. Where evidence is limited, that will be made clear. Members will be able to request corrections and submit additional evidence.

Before you join
Do I have to be looking for work?
No. Join to seek perspectives, contribute experience or both. Employed, independent, early in your career and between roles all belong.
Can I also find or commission paid work?
Yes. Find opportunities through your experience and evidence, or connect with someone who can help. If you decide to work together, agree scope, rates and terms directly, with no doshin placement fee or rate markup. Explore the ways to work together.
Do I need a CV or an assessment?
No. Start with your role, context and what you want to do. Add supporting evidence when it is useful to you.
Who controls what others see?
Your questions and conversations remain private unless you choose to share them. You choose who can see your professional record. You review assessment findings before sharing them. You can correct facts and respond to findings; reviewers remain responsible for the judgement they sign.
Am I expected to take on work or help others?
No. You decide which requests to consider. Scope, time and any payment are agreed before you accept.
What happens after I register?
We will confirm your interest and contact you as invitations become available. You can decide whether to join then. There is no payment to register.
